The Portland Stage Company seeks a full time development associate to assist the development director with all functions related to a fast paced, professional development department. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in an administrative position, preferably in a non-profit development office; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; Database management experience a must, (preferably DonorPerfect); excellent verbal and written communications skills; ability to present information concisely and effectively; ability to organize and prioritize work; and be a team player, but be able to work independently when necessary.
