It was just a matter of time before someone took a group of aspiring artists and filmed them for a television season. The Bravo show 'Work of Art: The Next Great Artist' will premier tonight and focus on 14 people in a reality show produced by the same folks who brought us Project Runway and Top Chef. Each episode will give the contestants a challenge of creating in a variety of mediums and at the end of the episode the works will be judged. Whoever is deemed the best artist by the end of the season will get a solo exhibit at the Brooklyn Museum... Yet another way to access the art world.
